Silver Kamuy is Golden Kamuy with the characters reimagined as elderly people. The manga compiles seven chapters of the Golden Kamuy manga and remakes them with all of the characters, animals included, turned into elderly versions of themselves. In addition to changing characters' appearances from the original manga, the special manga changes the dialogue and story. Remakes of the following chapters appear in the manga: 20: "Disagreement" 51: "Everybody's Staying at the Murder Hotel!!" 52: "Selfish Longing" 53: "Ushiyama the Undefeated" 54: "Message" 115: "Plague of Locusts" 116: "Blue Eyes"
