Itsuki Seto is a high school girl with extraordinary abilities, who spends her time copying stunts off of YouTube together with Madoka Orihara, an airhead who's in love with her. They have to face Itsuki's cousin Setsuka Honami always trying to rein them in, with help from her shy "ultimate weapon" Lui Hazama.
