Tenka Taihei is a skinny little man, easy to handle and with a unique particularity; his two-tailed sperm can give birth to a third human race. Neither male nor female, but neutral...asexual! These people of the third sex, born in test tubes and mass produced by millions, are naturally docile and obedient. They will be used as sexual objects for humans or as cannon fodder in wars around the world But the hour of revolution has to come. Rally up, mankind!
