For nineteen years, Wel stood as the Holy Sword Hero, defending the Kingdom of Klenrad from monstrous threats. With just one year left before his retirement, betrayal struck from the shadows. Framed by the royal princesses, he was branded a criminal and exiled from the kingdom he bled to protect. Stripped of his name and honor, Wel vanished beyond the borders of mankind—into the lands of the demonfolk. There, he was taken in by Natalia, a fierce warrior of the Oni Tribe, and her daughter, Delilah. Wel began a new chapter among the demonkind, gradually finding peace as he built a quiet life in their village. As bonds grew between him, Natalia, and Delilah, the former hero who once stood at the forefront of war now embraced a life of warmth, healing… and the calm before whatever storm might come next.
